Home Sleep Systems Provides:

  • Provides disease management education to the OSA client.

  • Reviews the treatment plan that was prescribed with the client.
  • Implements the plan of care that is prescribed.
  • Provides proper mask fitting to client.
  • Implements titration of precise PAP.
  • Instruction of the PAP device is reviewed with the client.
  • Maintenance & cleaning instructions is reviewed with the client with a demonstration and in written form.
  • Within 5 days of initial delivery & set up of PAP device, Respiratory Care Practitioner will schedule visits to clients residence to ensure compliance of PAP therapy.
  • Based on clients needs a revised plan of care may be indicated & prescribed by the ordering physician.
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner will document, communicate, and update the physician of their findings and progress of the client.
  • Scheduled visits of 30 days, 60 days & every two months for follow up visits will be conducted by the Respiratory Care Practitioner from Home Sleep Solutions, Inc.
  • Auto shipments of PAP supplies to clients with coordination from insurance coverage to ensure PAP therapy is continued without interruption, compliance is maintained and decrease chance of infection to occur.
